Needlepoint rugs are high quality rugs that use only 100% hand dyed wool on a cotton canvas; they are completely hand sewn flat weave, which look like tapestry.

Designs include mainly Aubusson, and floral.

Each rug is a unique work of art due to the intense craftsmanship involved to make each rug.

Usually the designs are reminiscent of late 18th Century French Abusson.

Some designs have an architectural quality and look like the decorative ceilings seen in aristocratic homes and palaces, featuring skilful shadings and fine details, thus creating an atmosphere that is aristocratic, unique and palacial.
