When you place a firm order you will need to send 10% of the total amount as deposit, the balance is paid when the rug has been made.

Personal cheques made payable to Needlepoint Rugs UK, postal orders or money orders and Paypal payments are also accepted.

When the rug is made and ready to be despatched, pictures of the actual rug will be sent to you, on receipt of the balance, the rug will be sent to you.

Returns/Refunds

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we acknowledge that customers feel more confident when a returns policy is offered.

We offer 7 day money back guarantee if not satisfactory.
Money will be refunded ASAP on receiving the rug in perfect condition.
